Email Settings
All email clients are different. Below are the general settings that will work for all of them. This information was also sent to you in the hosting package welcome email when you first signed up.
Username: The email address you are checking email for
Password: As specified in your control panel
Unencrypted Email Servers (Not Recommended):
POP3 Host: mail.<yourdomain.com> - Port 110
SMTP Host: mail.<yourdomain.com> - Port 587
SSL Encrypted Email Servers(Change the X with your server number):
POP3 Host: mtl-X.moven.host - Port 995
IMAP Host: mtl-X.moven.host - Port 993
SMTP Host: mtl-X.moven.host - Port 465
REMEMBER that on android devices, you may need to click the checkbox to accept all certificates.
If you need to reset a password, set up autoresponders, etc., please contact your admnistrator or login to the server portal to do this yourself.
