Changes To Email Service
As we have made our upgrades however we found that POP3 and IMAP emails have posed many challenges. Specifically with SSL certificates and MAC & IOS devices. For email encryption to work properly you have to use the web server's host name, and when this changes, as it will from time to time, it creates chaos. Same goes for when an SSL certificate changes and your device does not pick up the change, you will have email deliverability issues.
For this reason we are separating email and web hosting plans offering additional email options such as Exchange, Office 365 and Google G-Suite. These plans start at USD$4.00 per email box monthly but you may be eligible to get this service free of charge. You need to contact me before March 31st, 2020 to find out if your are eligible.
